JOHN Swinney today admitted it is “very, very unlikely” Scots will be stopped by cops if they travel outside Level 3 or 4 areas.
The Deputy First Minister said there’s no need for people to carry any paperwork to “substantiate” their reasons for crossing into different council areas.

Ministers plan to put travel restrictions, which are currently guidance, from Friday in a bid to prevent Scots moving between parts of the country with higher and lower Covid prevalence rates.
Mr Swinney was asked on the BBC’s Good Morning Scotland programme whether people would have to take a document explaining where they were going if they were travelling for something like a hospital appointment.
