Famous faces from the world of sport, politics, music, theatre and more have given their voices to a poignant video to help promote positive mental health.
Co Tyrone musical theatre star Harry Lambert decided after he graduated from ArtsEd in London and moved back home he wanted to do something to help those struggling in the midst of this global pandemic.
Speaking to Belfast Live, the 23-year-old told explained he got some of the biggest names in NI to get involved with the very thought-provoking video.
“I love producing things and being on the balll and being proactive and I was just looking for a million things to do. I had a show planned for when all this was going to blow over, I had a concert planned in Dungannon Park and I kept getting nos and it was right as it just wasn’t the right time to do those things safely.
