The video begins with the woman walking down the pavement.
She can be seen wearing a Covid visor and gloves.
A man then walks past her before she starts spraying the air in front of her as she continues down the pavement.
And as she carries on she sprays more of the air as she walks past a bus stop and on down the road.
The clip appeared on several accounts on social media yesterday and has since racked up hundreds of thousands of views.
There was some suggestion online that the video was taken on Saracen Street in Glasgow.
We told you earlier how Nicola Sturgeon has vowed 2021 will be a “year of recovery” from the Covid pandemic — but hinted at more short-term pain for Scots, including school closures.
The First Minister promised her government is ready for the rollout of the Oxford-AstraZeneca jab, which she said will pave the way for a bright New Year despite a surge in cases.
But she suggested more curbs could be needed in the near future — including stricter lockdowns and even longer school closures — after positive tests hit a record high and as hospital admissions creep up again.
Ms Sturgeon told Holyrood the vaccine development was “extremely good news”, adding: “It means that there are now two effective Covid vaccines available for use in the UK.
“The Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine is logistically easier to deliver than the Pfizer one and, crucially, the UK has secured a much higher number of doses of this vaccine.”
