The ‘violent disturbance’ kicked off in Castle Street in the city on Saturday, August 29.
Three men were injured in the rammy and were rushed to hospital.
Four men, aged between 20 and 41, have now been arrested in connection with the incident.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police thanked members for their assistance with their probe into the fight.
A Highlands and Islands Police Division spokesperson said: “We would like to confirm that four men, aged between 20 and 41, have been arrested in relation to a violent disturbance on Castle Street, Inverness on Saturday, August 29.
