The Break the Stigma campaign has collaborated with Thameslink to display messages of help and support along station platforms.
The NHS mental health campaign features friendly faces and supportive messages to raise awareness of the crisis support service that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The posters promote the key message that you are not alone if you need urgent help. Anyone who feels they cannot cope can call NHS 111 (option 2).
The posters, photographed and produced by Break the Stigma campaign’s lead, Ben Salmons, are displayed at Bedford, Luton Airport Parkway, Luton, Leagrave, Harlington and Flitwick train stations.
