When arriving at George Best Belfast City Airport, you will be able to get to most destinations by using public transport.
You will find a Translink bus stop when coming out of the airport terminal.
Here you will be able to take the short journey to the Europa Buscentre.
Once arriving here, you will be able to travel to a number of further destinations by either bus or train.
You can also travel by train from Sydenham rail halt, a short walk from the airport.
Bus Service 600
Translink offers a Metro bus service to and from the City Airport terminal from the Europa Buscentre every 30 minutes during peak times which takes just 13 minutes.
The 600 route from the airport is: City Airport (terminal), Oxford Street (inward), Donegall Square South (inward) and Europa Buscentre.
An adult single ticket costs £2.60, and an iLink Adult Day ticket costs £5.00.

Cashless off-board purchase options for tickets on Belfast airport bus services can now be bought at quick and convenient Airport Ticket Vending Machines. One is located at the City Airport bus stop.

The Airporter
Passengers from the Derry area, approximately 90 minutes away from Belfast City Airport, can board the Airporter bus at Foyle Shopping Centre and make their way right to the front of the terminal building.

Train
NI Railways services connect Belfast City Airport with the rest of Northern Ireland.
If you are an inbound passenger travelling onward from Belfast City Airport, you can board a train at Sydenham rail halt, just a short distance from the terminal building, and travel to either Belfast Central station or Great Victoria Street station.
Both stations are just a short train journey from Belfast City Airport, and from these central rail hubs, you can make onward connections.
If you are travelling to Belfast City Airport via train, you will want to disembark at Sydenham rail halt and make the short journey by foot to the terminal building.
Train services depart from Sydenham train station regularly during peak times which means you are always conveniently connected to the city centre.
A footbridge is present at Sydenham train station which passengers must cross either going to or coming from the airport. The airport advises passengers against this transport option if they have reduced mobility.
