The fire service said they were given the call to stop at 16:05, and had no further details to add.

We were called at just after 3pm this afternoon, Thursday 14 January, to reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A494 in the Nantclwyd area of Ruthin.
Crews remain at the scene.
We were called to this incident at 1459hrs today and two appliances remain in attendance.
Two vehicles involved.
Firefighters worked to extricate 2 casualties – in care of ambulance personnel.
Believe air ambulance also attended.
Fire crews made vehicles electrically safe.
We were called at 2:58 pm reporting a one-vehicle RTC on A494 near Nant Clwyd.
Officers are attending and are supporing crews from both fire and ambulance services.”
Drivers urged to avoid the area
Police are urging drivers to avoid the area and use alternative routes while emergency services attend the scene.
The RTC happened shortly before 3 pm.
Police officers closed the road sometime later.

The A494 is currently closed in both directions near Nantclywd, Ruthin.
This is following earlier reports of a road traffic collision in the area.
